Once items are shipped, they are no longer within our control. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with any shipping-related issues.
Order Processing:
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed in the next couple of business days.
Shipping Methods:
We use reliable shipping services to deliver your order safely and on time. Available shipping options will be presented during checkout, along with estimated delivery times. For orders qualifying for free shipping (orders over $100), we will use the most cost-effective shipping method regardless of the option selected at checkout. To receive free shipping, you must enter the code: FREESHIPPING during checkout.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please ensure you provide an accurate email address during checkout to receive updates.
Important Email Notice:
Please note that Yahoo and Shaw email accounts block emails sent from our system. If you use a Yahoo or Shaw email address, you will not receive shipping confirmations, tracking details, or updates about your order. We strongly recommend using an alternative email provider to ensure you receive all order-related correspondence.
Delayed or Lost Shipments:
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances may occur. Please allow extra time in these situations. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve these issues.
Returns & Refunds:
For returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Once the returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping charges (even if you recieved free shipping).
