Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your purchase—but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not satisfied with your order, here’s how our return process works:

 

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Sale items, limited edition products, and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at info@sealuxe.ca.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or there was an error on our end.

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method minus the original shipping fee (if applicable).

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Refund Timing:
Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your return for your refund to be processed. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.

 

Important Communication Note:
If you use a Yahoo or Shaw email address, you may not receive our order updates or return confirmations due to email blocking by those providers. We strongly recommend using an alternative email to ensure you receive all communications.
