A Rose By Another Name

Like its cinematic namesake, our “Pretty in Pink” soap bar was a cult hit. But, just like the movie’s theme song by OMD, we left that name behind. (By the way, if you didn’t already know, OMD stands for Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark. Seriously, the 1980s were hilariously/pretentiously offbeat).

“Pretty in Pink” is now “Ritual Rose”. We thought one of our best-selling soaps was deserving of a better name since it does include a significant amount of luxurious rose clay. Rose clay, also known as pink clay, is fantastic for almost all skin types including sensitive skin. Not only does it gently exfoliate, but it also absorbs impurities from the skin without overly zapping natural oils, helps increase circulation, as well as reducing inflammation. It works hard, all the while smelling like morning roses. Win!

Natural clays such as pink clay are wonderful for those with sensitive skin as it isn’t too harsh. Once you see how well it works – especially combined with the other heavy-hitting ingredients of Ritual Rose, activated charcoal and nut butter, you’ll never go back to using any regular ol’ soap.

You’ll see it on shelves, not only with a new name but also our new watercolour-inspired packaging, as well as in our store (we still have it listed under its old name just until its fans become familiar with the new one!).

Making roses a ritual in your life is never a bad thing and we think you’ll agree!
