Beet, Apple and Ginger Immunity Boosting Juice

In a blender add:

  • 2 large apples cut in quarters
  • 1 large beet root cut in quarters
  • 1/2 inch of ginger
  • 3/4 cup of almond milk, apple juice or water

You can drink this as is (but it's better chilled) or you strain the pulp and drink it as a juice.
