After Eating all those Eights Shake

One thing I have a difficult time weaning myself off of after the Christmas season is After Eights. I never buy these minty chocolates any other time of the year; but, boy, do I ever indulge in December. So, I decided to combine my love of minty chocolate with health – minus the sugar. Here’s a recipe for a chocolate-minty shake, that’s quite healthy!

 

After Eating all those Eights Shake

 

  • 1 chopped banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 scoop of greens powder
  • 1 c of spinach
  • mint leaves
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • ½ milk or coconut milk

 

Blend everything together and enjoy!
